St. Margaret's Hope is situated on South Ronaldsay. The A961 connects South Ronaldsay with Kirkwall which is situated on the largest island of the Orkneys, 'Mainland'.
From Kirkwall the other main towns of Twatt and Stromness can easily be reached by car as well by taking the A964 or the A966.

Bus services on the Orkney Islands are very limited however there are several bus routes on Mainland Orkney which Usually runs from Monday till Saturday.
